Has anyone tried swaging their own pellets?

I found an interesting link on the subject -

With heavy good-quality pellets so hard to find, is this a worthwhile alternative?

Does anyone in Australia sell something like this?

Also is anyone familiar with any requirements (legal-wise) if you want to swage your pellets?
