I have been reading on 6mmbr.com about a product called Wipeout. There is a foam for cleaning barrels and the the review is quite good. A new product is Wipeout Patchout, which sounds even better.
I tried ordering some online but they won't ship chemicals out of the States. Has anybody seen it for sale here?

Steve, Of the Cleaners i have tried over the years Wipe Out is the least effective,it was a failure for my needs..This come's from the prospective of a heavly fouled barrel and a short time within which to clean..I need a product that will work between competition relays ,this varies from 5 minutes to a half hour but you have to know that the stuff will work quickly when needed..The quickest is Montana Extreme 50 BMG, It does not require a seperate powder solvent also .. If i clean throughly with GMTC followed by Sweets 7.62, then the ME 50BMG does not get any more out ,so i guess the latter is not more effcient ,just faster .. Until you have to clean a barrel that fouls badly you will never know what is the best cleaner..By the way i still have to use JB bore paste with every clean as well..JR..Jefff Rogers

I use Butch's Boreshine and find it pretty good.

7mm, If you believe that sweets can harm your barrel under normal cleaning then i got this real nice Bridge i want to sell you ..I have used Sweets on every centrefire barrel i've owned since 1985..My present gun uses in the 80 gn of gunpowder area in a 32 inch barrel ,the bullet has a very long bearing surface and goes out at 3350 fps.. This creats a big bunch of copper fouling and with that much gunpowder you can't help but get powder fouling as well.. Not only will not cleaning it properly wreck the grouping but i do believe u can render a barrel useless if not fu..ed..Some of the gunpowders i have used (2213sc) have plated the barrel with carbon fouling that is so hard that the only way to remove it is with JB abrasive and lots of elbow grease, in as little as 5 shots to boot.. U can't buy GMTC anymore ..The best i can offer at present is OMC outboard carbon cleaner followed by Sweets ..JR..Jeff Rogers.....

Damn! you've just ruined my day A JR, Ive just worked up a load for the 6mmrem using 2213sc and 90grn scenars. In fact most of the loads I use at the range are with 2213sc 
. Might explain why it takes so long to get the copper out of the barrel using sweets. I was blaming the shitty rem factory barrel.
