BAT L/R BR Rifle.
Here is the latest addition to the safe!
I have had a big overhaul of my rifles, and have settled on only having 5 rifles, which includes selling my poor little 20VT.
I sold a couple of BR rifles to build this one, and in doing so used components that best suits my technique and cartridge choice.
Rifle is a 0.272" no turn 6mmDasher with 0.125"FB.
BAT 3L Dualport.
Lilja 3 Groove 1:8 HV taper, with custom flutes that I chose for this rifle to make it different
Jewell 2oz trigger
Kelbly Klub HV stock, painted black with blue pearl
Kelbly 20MOA double polished rings
Custom made polished butt plate
March 10-60X52 scope with MTR-1 reticle.
It was built by Shane Clancy. I am very happy with the way it has turned out to say the least. Now its time for brass work!!!
First match will be Canberra 500m Fly 26th Sept.
Cheers

1st. I bought the scope from Kelbly's in the US, but now the Elliots (BRT) sell them here in Oz. Cost is around $3800. It is also as clear as a Zeiss spotting scope!!!
2nd. It is a 6mmBR Improved aka "6mmDasher".

Looks fit for purpose AI.
I have been looking at the hunting model scope they have now, the 2.5-25x42 are as compact as my scopes and same ocular size for low mounting/bolt throw.....no other makes are that compact with matching power ratios.

Very nice, very shiny ! a couple of questions - how long's the barrel , and what made you pick 6mm Dasher over 6x47L ? they are quite close in capacity
