Just to add to the long list of virtues of the .204 Ruger. It is now a legal roo calibre. Try that with a .17rem

Before it was made illegal by a bunch of beauacrats, the 17 took more roos then I care to remember.It was used by a lot of pros shooters and very seldom failed in its job.
I have nothing against the 204 but now i've used one I won't be buying one.
Nor will I be going back to a 17.Long live 220 swifts,22-250AI's and 240 weatherby magnums.

Yes Macca anthing a 204 can do can be done with a lot of other Varminters plus some.Hornady and Ruger did a great job with the advertising and Hype generation on the 204 and 17 HMR.

As far as I know you cannot legally shoot roos with a 17Rem.
