I've just been using the cheap, rubber Two Fish mount. Also have the Fenix mount but have not used it - will likely end up on my MTB.

Which mount are you referring to?
The one I use is rubber, uses two Velcro straps and goes on in about 5 seconds. Works fine - a number of dead foxes will attest to that.....
Costs about $5 delivered.

Re: Torch Mounts to a Scope (could EVERYONE PLEAE RESPOND)
No one is probably interested but I will post anyway. Finished my final design of a Wolf Eyes torch mount system. The mounts are very very small, they are quick release and no screws can be lost and their are no parts that become seperate from the torch or the scope.
Its a 30mm 4 screw sporthmatch mount with a piece of picatinny rail screwed to the top with two 4mm allen headed screws. That part of the mount sits on the scope permenately and is much smaller than the objective. On the Wolf eyes is a Leupold QRW low ring mount. Takes 3 seconds to fit and 3 seconds to remove. The QRW is smaller than the torch and remains on the torch so nothing can get lost.
The mount for the scope is 30mm but I machined a plastic bush and cut it in half that spaces it for a 25mm scope. Different size Objectives require a different size QRW mount, Low for 44-50mm Objectives, med for 50 - 56 mm objectives and a high for some 56mm scopes with an AO.

Trev, you've come a long way mate and by the looks of it, you have nailed it!!! Well done bloke. I will get in touch when I get my torch and pay you to whip one up for me.......What sort of $$ are we talking mate...Include your labour...
Re: Torch Mounts to a Scope (could EVERYONE PLEAE RESPOND)
Trev, definitely nailed it, the best QR system I have seen for ages including the US$150 flashlight mounts. Looks like some good quality parts were used making it
PS Nice timber on your CZ

Yeah Stalker. We might as well give him something to keep him occupied now he has done all the design work.

Great work Trev. You should be proud mate!
Re: Torch Mounts to a Scope (could EVERYONE PLEAE RESPOND)
Torch mounted on a savage shorty using the sling swivel. Savage shorty is a fully suppressed carbine version of the savage mark 2. Torch is an aurora P7 - rated at 900 lumen - probably puts out half that but is great little setup for the possums.
