My wifes first kill

Post by MISSED »

Well we bought a hw50 of Native Hunter a couple off months ago a simmons scope of Lewis and a really nice stock of lewis as well, someone had scalloped the cheek peice out for left eye shooting,All up a really impressive old springer with same hole 10m 5 shots no worries. My wife has expended quiet a few pellets target shooting of the back verandah and was pestering me to shoot something live. This afternoon we had Cec`s mum and dad out and was getting them some tomato`s from the garden when Cec spotted a rabbit out from the shearing shed.A quick trip to safe a couple of pellets dished out and of she went.I watched as she stalked the totally unaware cute fluffy and cuddly defenceless bunny. At about 12m up comes the rifle :hunting: and at the shot the said bunny cartwheeled about untill killer :rifle: put another pellet into the head father inlaw was utterly gobsmacked and I bloody proud as punch. Two shots into the head at 12 and 15 m offhand. 8)

Well done Cec.

You will have to keep a tight grip on the Hummer mate and keep her away from the bunny patch or she is going to start make us look bad :D
