Re: Wolf Eyes Sniper
Went for a shot Sat night and took the sniper along as a back up .Anyway shot a fox over across three creeks in long grass.Got over there with the vehicle and couldn`t see him so out with the sniper. We had been seeing a lot of stubble quail driving about and as I could not find Reynard I headed back to the vehicle a quaill bolted from my feet a hit him with the beam of the sniper and tracked him to his landing spot. This went on 3 or 4 times till I came up with a cunning plan .Turned the strobe on he landed and sat transfixed in the flickering beam walked over and picked him up .Could it get any better than that

I love it
Re: Wolf Eyes Sniper
Missed, you are a classic. Definitely the first person I have heard to use the strobe while shooting (excluding strobing mates around the campfire ). Well done

What MISSED forgot to mention was that his constant strobing nearly caused me to go into fits and convulsions. At least it gave me an excuse for some very poor shooting on my behalf
