New toy I couldn't pass up.
Yep I picked it up looked at it and I had to have it. I don't even know what model it is, although I believe it is a model 75.(should I get a slappin for not knowing) It only says Sako .223, no model discription. Its wearing a Leupold VX III 4.5-14 x 50. I really wanted to get a stainless rifle for the safe, but this had to come home with me.
Now what do I sell to get my stainless jobbie.

nice rifle mate
as for what to sell, keep the lot and rebarrel the VSF with a stainless barrell, best of both worlds.
for funds go sell a cow man

Re: New toy I couldn't pass up.
Thanks fellas, Tempo, I've only tried it on paper ATM grouping around the inch with factory and handloads that were made for my CZ. I will do some load development soon to see what can be acheived.
AI, the property that I work on is sold and the owner bought this rifle new from Elks about 3-4 years ago and is now moving into town so sold it to me. Came with a good bag and 100 rounds of Winny 45g HP's Bulk packs.
Dr G, I've got four poddy calfs in the orchard from this years calving, 1 for the freezer and 3 for a stainless banga.
17hmr, it does doesn't it.

Very Nice, I have been admiring the Sako's for a while, I thought I could settle for a Tikka but I don't think so... I can see a Sako in my future soon.

Re: New toy I couldn't pass up.
I have a Sako 75 Hunter - originally in .243, and now in 7mm as when I built a custom .243AI I couldn't bring myself to part with it. Lovely gun.
