May be able to help, I'll ask a guy today.

What size do you want ?

Depending on what you need it for, what about using Aircraft grade Aluminium (7075)
or something of that quality. We make Military grade Picatinny Rails out of it and it works fine.

Got a price out of one of our Sydney suppliers, 450 mm long 45 mm OD at $280 landed. Seems that titanium has the oogaa boogaa tag with some people or traders. $1200 a metre, they must have two or more dicks. I just love it when these cockheads want something machined up. Hourly rate for them is $400 plus our usual $50 stupidity fee for just talking to them on the phone.

Sorry, no luck, he's made them all into - you guessed it - Muzzle Breaks :D (I'm being serious).

I had a gut feel that is what he was using it for so it was worth a try.

Sorry I couldn't be more useful.
