mate just hit the enter key once in a while at the end of a sentance or 3- that would help 100%
I really appreciate the info.
How do you gain scope elevation without using the internal mechanism of the scope once you have the scope centred in the scopes range of movement.
how do you get it hitting 11 inches high at 100 without using the up turret on the scope??
Thanks

ogre6br,
Several ways to achieve that
1. Use a scope rail that has the elevation machined into it.
2. Use shims under your mounts to gain elevation
The shim method is cheap and easy but can be a real pain if you are shooting all the time. Mostly you would shim to see if you liked the shoot then go to a scope rail if you are going to shoot on a regular basis.
cheers

Are these tips appropriate??? to setting up for a first go or is this stuff only valid for full blown comp guns?? seeing as I wont be neck turning or doing any of the other BR essentials- no point on a 6BR .272 neck chamber.
