A bit off topic but just worked out my fuel economy for my trip home from Canberra...Fueled up with the 10% ethanol fuel from the first servo heading into Canberra from the range...drove very conservatively for the first time in my life...got to Wellington and had a camp around 11.30pm...woke up at 4.45am and drove the last 4 hours home...trip was 700kms...drove around town here and did another 50kms before fueling up...filled the tank up till it was up to the neck which took 50litres...so by my calculation I have done 750kms on 50litres of fuel which works out at 42.5mpg....being and old fart I haven't worked out the km/100litres and dont really care.
Jeez that little red rocket is unreal Stevo...I dunno about your conservative driving style claim but....

TonyZ,

yeah that's what I mean about 'handling it'...I need to give it a fair shake really to see just what works. In HV format she tracks pretty well with minimal torqueing, In LV it imagine it would be just nasty.....for a girl like me
The offset forend works...yes ???

Kenny,

Was the slowest I have ever driven home the back way....usually do it in 7hrs but this time it took 8hrs....wanted to see if I could make it on 1 tank of fuel...last time I was used around half a tank by Wellington and chickened out but this time I had over half a tank left by Wellington so decided to try and make it all the way home...never got over 100kph most of the way.

Mate I wouldnt mind having a sticky beak to see what all the hype is about.........
perhaps bust out the -250.
Seriously though never having anything to do with serious target shooting I wouldnt mind having a gander. Maybe even pick up a few hints here or there.
