I’ve listened to Jeff’s video message and read his responses and I’m not outraged.

It doesn’t seem to matter. Most shooters think he has voted for the draconian measures contained in the first bill and have already made their minds up that Jeff has betrayed us. They aren’t listening to explanations.

There has been a lot of disinformation regarding the Omnibus Bill, passed early this morning.
Let me me clear and say I would NEVER vote to extend the restrictions or the lockdown. In fact, I voted to remove the 5km limit as it is indefensible, along with other restrictions.
My contribution to the bill sums up what I think of the situation we find ourselves in.
Once the unacceptable, draconian and dictatorial detention powers were removed, what was left....
- Who can be Authorised Officer and what they can do (this was tightened)
- Granting family reunions a further 6 months to do what they need to get thier children back (not take them away)
- Judge only trials to keep the courts moving
- and other small issues completely unrelated to lockdown measures.

I have said, and will say again, we need to lift the lockdown for metro and regional Victoria. We need to get our society going again with COVID plans that don't involve these lockdowns as even the WHO says they don't work!
To summarise the Omnibus Bill for the supporters of the Shooters Fishers and Farmers Party of Victoria, you are being lied to by those who continually take your firearms and refuse to review the MDBP
