Want to chamber your own barrel?

Want to chamber your own barrel?

Not in NSW if this passes.

https://www.parliament.nsw.gov.au/bills ... px?pk=3733

Under the proposed changes only licenced dealers will be authorised to manufacture or modify parts.

Are stocks a firearm parts under the legislation?

After reading that dribble it seems any object that could become a firearm part (firearm precursor) is included. Image
