The McMillan stock for my Lonestar arrived today and after the 4-5 month wait I still forgot to get some action screws.
BEFORE
AFTER
I only have 1 chassis left in my safe and it isn't going anywhere.

I cant complain about the chassis, I shot the smallest group with it at the fly nationals a few years ago using a bipod and rear bag. A made did the cerakote and he asked what colour, in my stupidity I said anything except black and that's what turned up. He has coloured the logos in yellow as well, that's why I went with a black and yellow stock.

I know this will simply further expose my ignorance, but what is the difference between a stock and a chassis?

A chassis is almost always alloy and has a built in dbm where a traditional stock can be timber and f/glass.
You cam day all chassis are stocks bit not all stocks are chassis

Well it turns out I've been shooting a chassis for a few years and had no idea...
