He got to the river at 3.00am to get a good spot , by 7am there was 200 people fishing in a 2 klm stretch..Vic fisheries are doing a great job
Yes we must be there next year
He caught 5 in the morning 2 ex brood and 3 wild (you can tell the ex brood fish by their worn tail and fins & size)

Are they a "Knock the fillets off and have a feed" proposition, or are they no good when they get that big ?? I dunno much about trouts, but other ferals the younger of the species is usually the best eating.
