Well its a Tikka, so it has to be a varmint rifle - doesnt it?

This one came with 1x 10 round mag in the rifle, plus 3 new 10 round magazines in the Tikka wrappers.
Very generous mag length too.

Shoulders well, balanced beautifully - though without a scope on top today.
Carrying it in front of the magazine - again well balanced.

I cant wait to get the new chamber reamed - wont be staying as a 6.5 Creedmoor - going to the mundane .260 Ackley.

With a 6mm S/LR switch barrel.

Looks good to me and I much prefer the 260AI to the Needmore.
I almost got one in 308 but realized my safe has a few that aren't getting enough use as is.
Have fun and enjoy the Prac shooting.

Was that a standard package that came with the case and extra magazines?

Standard package should only have 2 magazines. Gave them plenty of opportunities to pull the other 2 mags out - confirmed that "this deal" is really 4 mags....

4 came home with me, Importers are still saying only 2 mags though.
