I was mentored into a X-Bolt Composite 270Win. Probably the best thing I could have done.

I went from hitting nothing to hitting just about everything I tried.

With a muzzle brake it shoots very well...

Raven, is yours 22 or 24 inch barrel? If 22 inch do you find it a drawback or perfectly fine. And can you top load?

I'll measure tonight as I'm taking it away this weekend. I'll give you with and without muzzle brake lengths.

22inch sporter with threaded barrel.

24inch with muzzle brake.

I believe it’s the “composite stalker”. Not sure if the threaded barrel is standard as I bought it second hand.
