i [last week] ran the first bourbon mash,this week ive got the sour mash bubbling.
the other week i ran the potato vodka.which turned out real nice.
with this grain bill i should be able to get about 5 runs from it before its kaput.

when you do a grain bill,dont chuck it,just add more sugar water and yeast and keep running. [thats sour mash]
