Took the little fella

Post by Camel »

Fishing today, worms hard to come by, found a dozen or so, and found a heap of slugs in the compost pile so took them to try

First fishing trip and caught the first fish of the day

All up we got 14 carp and nothing else, some good size around6 or 7 kg, they pull well, specially in among the snags and not much water in the river

Grand dad is stuffed in the legs from going up and down the river bank. Caught a fair few shrimp for bait and one small yabby, everything bait wise worked

Yes Grandad, mothers do tend to worry a bit too much but I'm sure you'll be able to sway her with your inbuilt persuasive powers.
