Well 224 =5.6896mm(sorry no projectile to check)and the rod measured a bit over 5.65(sorry my micrometer only measures to 100th’s of a mm) leaving just over a thou of tension so instead of worrying about your opinion I will just take it for granted that Glenn was correct and you opinion means shit.

Yes dickhead I understand dies come with instructions if you looked at the picture you would see the back page of said instructions which has reloading data printed on it under the ammunition pictured. But thanks for your help anyway.
