G'day Shamous1
How are you ?
Mate for the young blokes ,i would look at .204,.222,.223
i have had a .222 and loved it ,
own a .204 now , it not really a thinking gun out to 250 yards ,only wind ,where if i where to be teaching young ones to shoot , would go the .222/.223 , its good to learn hold over ect , and .222/.223 as mentioned can still handle larger type ferals !
Yes trevor ,i love the .204 as a varmint cartridge , but i think its important for new shooters to learn the basic of ballsitics...ect then just on onto the target :D

Thanks for that Andree. I'm picking up a .222 and a .204 this Wednesday. So they should be a good learning curve for them.

Cheers,

If it's the 16th of December that would be a negative for me. That's the weekend I am taking the boys away for our first ever trip away, overnight up to Stawell. Would have loved to come and meet a few people, it's a pity.
