Good day today at 600, TZ went well. Conditions were shit, but I kept them all on paper. No doubt DG will post results soon. Comp was the usual credit to Dave and his crew at Narromine, they run a great shoot.

Second target. Tony Z giving me some hints. You need a bit of luck! Don’t I ever. There has already been a dust storm and whirlwind and some of this serious shooters are already out. Flags changing from left to right and back again.
I have the same windage on as I had for the last target . First shot aimed at the centre lands in the dust between mine and the next target. Wind on and on the paper. Flags look the same and next shot in the dust. WTF. Then the luck. The cows walk into the range so we have a break while they are cleared and then two more minutes to sight in. First shot in the dust. Wind on more windage. Next two in the target. Same flags when the record target comes up and I fire five shots as fast as I can. Group is terrible but all on paper. If I can do that four more times over the next two days.........
