Been wanting a tough as nails guncase that I can throw around and know the guns will be fine. Had a good look at all the pelican stuff but they were all to short.
So I bought a sheet of 3mm aluminium and got busy on the guillo and brake press. Will make the ends and weld it up next week.

It's a bit late seeing you've already started making your own but...
No idea what they charge but check out Trimcast. They make the same sort of stuff and are the Aussie agent for Pelican. They are also located in Melb.
Oh they are also a major supplier to defence. I've been to their factory and they do good rotomold stuff.
