Loads for 22-250

Looking for hunting loads for 50 or 55 grn projectiles for my HOWA 22-250 for shooting wild dogs at 150 to 200 meters

I reckon you cannot go past 50 grn Nosler BT’s for a Hunting Bullet in the 250
Start at the Max load for BM2 or 8208

Loads for my Vanguard were 50gn Zmax in front of 37gn of 2208 for 3750 fps and 36.0 gn of 8208 behind the same Zmax for 3777 fps.
Speeds and loads in the Browning Xbolt are about the same as above.
Could also try 36.5 gn of 2208 behind a 55gn Nosler BT for around 3530 fps.

I'd start under these loads by 10% and work up checking for pressure.

Using 35gn of 8208 with the 55gn Sierra Super Roos for 3660fps. This is in a Ruger No1.
