Or maybe that long awaited coffee.
but seriously, that 97 is the way to go.
Me with a PCP Geoff ? ... Not going to happen !! Ive said that how many times before ?
The R9 would be a reasonable buy at that price if you wanted a .20

My heart lies with the 97 but

Well after much procrastination I Have opted for the R9/HW95 (the HW97K was sold)The R9 has had very little use as it was purchased from Lewis to teach his boys to shoot but neither has shown any interest. It comes with the original 2 tins of pellets
I think I have some kind of illness as that is four 20 cals now.
Now I am after some guidance on the optic department .What do you blokes think ?

That'll be Ryan's former R9 that he sold to Lewis last year. At least we know the history.

The 97 was s old to a gentleman in Healesville VIC. I'm catching up with him when it arrives.

The old mate bought it from Lewis new in 2009.
Apparently when Lewis was still in his old shop at Archerfield.
Less than 100 slugs down the tube for less than the advertised price

The r9 should fit right in Andrew. Loved mine! Might even have some 20s left over. I'll have a rummage this week while finding cases for others.

Sorry. Not Ryan's. I misread it as Lewis buying it for his kids. Lewis still has that one.

Had a conversation with Lewis a few months back. He's enjoying the FWB124 I sold him and the lad (especially) was getting into it.

Nice to think the legacy continues .....

I think you will be happy with the purchase of the R9 missed
mattw975 has a R9 in .20 cal that I have shot a few times and it performed well.

Matt is actually selling me his custom stocked HW95 for $300 .... I just don't know how to break the news to him

Matt is reacquainting himself with how to shoot a springer. Can't remember seeing him shoot one. It'd have to be in Canberra nearly two years ago. And that was only because he had to, for the Nats.

I'm sure he's shooting one in Canberra in acouple of weeks.

Will you be there Andrew?
