The young fella got this nice brown trout this morning.. Just on 4lb in the old scale... Caught on a tassie devil lure

Roll in seasoned flour and pan fry in a dob of butter, 2 minutes on each side, you wont eat better

Wot Camel sed - except, if you can get it, use some fermented butter (French style butter) and a bit more than "a dob". Heat the butter until it starts to slightly foam then nap (baste with the butter/pan juices using a spoon) the fish while cooking.
