Jump onto Aliexpress and order a "scope light mount" cheap as chips you can get 1" and 30mm models.

Can also get cheap QD mounts there.

Cheap chinese gear - but holds up to the recoil of my .308 Norma Mag.

I use a solarforce m8 mounted mounted to scope when the spotlight is off and always pretty happy with it. I am always looking for torches to add to the collection I might look into the Olight M3x javelot never heard of it until now.
The solarforce is the best ive used so far though.

Was using an M8 myself until the Olight M2X-UT found it's way onto the rifle and relegated the M8. Solarforce M8 now lives in the console for when I have to jump down off the back and search on foot for downed foxes in the long grass/ferns etc. Iused to think the M8 was the best going around (and it was) for the longest throwing torch available but Olight has it covered by some margin.
