Prefered scope and why

I really only use 2 rifles, a CZ 452 american 22 & a CZ 527 custom 223. Mostly these rifles just work under a spotlight or out of a car or on a bike on our farm on just ferals. Both run a Leupold FX-3 6x42, I went through a shitload of scopes on these rifles & have settled on these, the glass is pretty good compared to my other euros, maybe not up to snuff compared to my top end jobbies, but the tradeoff between compact & glass quality is worth it for these rifles. If it was a hb 223 or something, I think it would wear a Nightforce SHV...

I have a Nightforce Varminter 5-15 ×56 DD (no longer made) as my dedicated spotlight scope on my heavy barrel 204R and find it perfect for myself. On my other 204R wheres a Zeiss HD5 5-15 ×50 which is good but not sure if I love it. I always seam to grab the otber rifle
