I did'nt but was hoping he had a lead on a marlin 336 in 219 zipper, got the dies and cases sorted :D
Sort of like buying a hubcap then finding the car to match :shock:

Same with ruger 96/17 HMR there is a NIB one for sale in N.Z. cheaper than you can buy a 22 mag here :?

No zipper yet, people kept telling me not to do it which just made me want one more, may still go this way but blew two rear tyres on my tractor in the last month which has put a hole in my toy fund
Also been looking at a 1895cb in 45-70, 26" now. Just liked the idea of the zipper with cheaper .22 cal projectiles, reckon I would run 500+ rounds through it per year

Well the zippers on the backburner now.
Sold my old xr250 to a mate out of the blue between xmas and new year. Had to act quickly to keep the funds outa consolidated revenues.
Went with one of those fancy, new , long range varmint cartridge Marlin 1895cb's in 45-70, 26" octagonal barrel and all.

Just waiting on my Pain in The A-- forms return via snail mail

Just as well it's on the backburner, as a 218 Bee came up on abused guns yesterday for $1950. Sold in 1 day........
