......those Win 555 rounds seem to shoot alright in the Brno.
Would probably be even better if I had a better, more consistent technique. Light sporters certainly show up stuff that you can get away with using heavy barrel rifles.

It was interesting to see that the different ammo I tested (Win 555, Win PowerPoint orange box, Win Bushman, CCI mini mag, Rem yellow jackets) all basically shot to the same point, with the CCI stingers good for windage but a few inches higher. A little tweak on the windage to give that final group (the single one shown) and the old Model 2 is ready to hunt!

Looking good. Have you tried SK magazine in the tin? They have a lot of lube on them but they shoot very well. They are more expensive than the 555's but shoot fractionally tighter in my Winchester Wildcat/Toz.
