Thanks guys. Yes looks pretty dam good and good enough to order a new 30 inch tube while shooting the dunger for the remainder of the year learning about the cartridge.
Next weekend I'm off to a mates property varminting Corvus where i will do an extensive ladder at 600 yards. I will run some aggregates at that range using the same bullets to save my stock of early batch Copperheads and other gems for a newer barrel. Will post results.

Just remembered to mention about the primers cratering seen yesterday. No pressure issue with cases and no pressure signs seen on the primers today and certainly no blanking since being bushed back to 60 thou last night. It is a magnum bolt face with the extractor swapped out for a 222/223 Sako style. As seen at 6 o,clock because the action is set up as a drop port.

Spoke at length with TZ yesterday, I am going to go to a 9 twist, using the shorter case, at 3000fps gives a SF of 1.3, so that should be heaps, it gives around 240 000rpm. If I can't get the 636 to work, will go back to the Tic Tac. The annealed jacket bullets I am getting are supposed to be able to handle things above and beyond, so with a little luck I should have something that will shoot.
