oh bugga

I would have used it in my rusty old 6.5 and 6x47L useless things that they are.

There is nothing wrong with the Lapua chamberings, likewise the 6mm SLR.

Some people just like to be different to the crowd and achieve the same result.

There is a few on here that have over the years. A couple of them might even be from north Queensland if i remember correctly.
It may have something to do with the temperature, i know European manufactures 22 ammo (ie lapua,rws) outperforms USA manufactured ammo(cci,federal) in the snow and sub zero temperatures.
Maybe European designed cartridges only like cool weather?
