gday all does any one here use these out of a .223 in 55 grain and if so are they good at the plat factor of a bit on the hard side

I use it in 223 55g most accurate for my rifle and the bullets are like a grenades when they hit.

Ive used some of the ZMax but never hit any game with them. I'm hanging to try some of the 58gr ZMax on some critters.

I thought they only came in 50. The 50s did no good in my jigger. it likes 55gn vm so will try the zombies too

you can get them in .224 40gr as well

I have only run them one time on skippys they smashed them i didnt do any load development was a tad lazy just ran 25gn on2206h this works on the 55gn siera roo loads i have been using I never got photos but they stopped with a thud. I am keen to have a go at a few goats and see what they go like.

yep all done and dusted i bought 1500 of them and they aint a varmageddon but they wreck rabbits and drop roos so all good for a cheap pill

Good choice!
We run the 55grn Vmax (same pill, different colour tip I think) in our.223 with awesome, explosive results on rabbits, hares, foxes, goats and skip (under permit of course).
You'll love them!

I have the 50gn model and I like them. Not as good as the Nosler BT in my rifle but accurate enough and value for money. I might be able to get them shooting better but I have not had time to shoot for months now.
