Advice on ADI powder listing

I had and still have 10 left 308 loaded down to about same noise as 222 they are 100gr bullet and there is coten wool in the case to take up room thats all i know but they did shot vgood in my rifle used them to shoot foxes out to 250y

How does the cotton wool come out like hot rocks or does it just disappear.

Just a puff of wool most some times on fire but not to often
