Camel I love your work ,reminds me of the time I picked my mx helmet that I just paid to have custom painted.Rushed back home,showing my mates and promptly dropped it on the concrete
No to your handy work....Mate that is just screeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaming tacticool knob now ,centre drill the stub,tap a hole to fit a threaded spigot(set screw) and bingo.

Thanks Chris, I always knew that I was an expert at something, guess I found out eh. The fix is at the halfway stage at the moment, a little welding has been done, now some judicious grinding and smoothing out, then a quick tap to put the correct thread on and hopefully my aunty will be married to a bloke called Bob tonight.
