I got a couple of digital scales off evil bay and lost confidence in them really quick. Always having to re calibrate the scales every few throws. I did cave and bought a lyman auto dispenser when the exchange rate was good but have not used it much since.

Often overlooked is also a sent of calipers and micrometer can find some good gear second hand too.
