Is a shooting bench recommended, noting I hate prone shooting (gut gets in the way)?

If I turn up you can borrow mine, gorilla foldup work bench from Bunnings with 19mm ply screwed on. They are all the rage.

I have a down-date for you mate, sadly you lot that do make it will have to learn to put up with my lack of presence. I know it will be hard to do, but you will just have to get used to the idea that I wont be there. go forth and enjoy yourselves and hopefully there will be another chance to catch up sometime in the future. I am going to try and get to the Chappo-athon when it has been finalised, but like everything in life, it is no certainty.
