Had it once at one of the stations I was working on. Trev knows the one as we got a few camels there. It was sensational. To be fair all of the jerky I tried that was made by that particular lady was great. I also bought some back for some South African friends to make biltong from and it came up a treat.
Not sure how well a camel blackstrap would keep if I posted one but I am hoping to get a few once the achillies is better. Might have to make my own jerky an see how it pans out.
As for you other blokes, Camel seems like a decent fella can't work out why you all want to suck his balls and chew his meat, strange bunch here sometimes

I gathered the ball chewing was all part of the Friday arvo/evening greetings and kick of to festivities
