HSS Clamp On Muzzlebrake who has one?
Re: HSS Clamp On Muzzlebrake who has one?
I have one on my 308. When shooting 155's it kicks less then a 223. I just used the supplied allen key when tightening.
The first few times i used it, i would keep tightening it up until the screws wouldn't move anymore.
It has never moved on me, and very effective.

Ahhhh Keith, it would go something like "place on end of barrel and tighten".

If its a deer, it looks more like a poached egg put through a blender.

It all depends on which sort of mounting you are talking about, one looks ridiculous, the other is downright discusting. But with Keith................................

Installed it tonight. iPhone can be a handy level but it's not 100% but good enough for me.
I tightened it as tight as I could with a hex key with one hand so hopefully it won't fly off down range when I fire it! It's going to be a nervous first shot haha!
Am happy with it so far, let's see if it reduces recoil!
