Missed,

Have you thought about taking an historical and nostalgic walk down memory lane and have you thought about a 17 Ackley Hornet?

They remind me of a miniature Swift-especially with the rimmed base. It may also be a more economical build than a 17 Mach IV? You could also build a 17 Ackley Hornet and have the stock replicated to be a scaled version of your Swift.

Why would he do that when he has the BARREL, ALL the reloading gear and LOADED ammo for the barrel?
How could a 17 Ackley Hornet be more economical than that??

Historical and Nostalgic?

Was that suggestion based on the fact YOU have just brought one?

Glenn,

The comments were based upon the Swift and Hornet "both" being rimmed cases and his great affection for the Swift-hence the historical and nostalgic walk reference.

Was "your" reply based upon fact that you're selling the gear or something?

I reckon we make him shoot 10 rounds from the latest magnum I picked up, but without a recoil pad. Does that sound like a plan?
