New Heavy Gun
New Heavy Gun
It's just about done, at last. Just in time to tune it for Narromine. Bat 10 x 2, 2" Maddco 12 twist 30 cal, Jewel 1.5oz, with the usual 10 - 42 NF, only ways just over 70lb. All I need to do is bend up a trigger guard and run it in. The get Al N to give it a coat of 2 pac.

Re: New Heavy Gun
That is certainly some weight involved there. He He, could just see someone lugging that one around a paddock chasing rabbits.
Is it really concrete, I would have thought it would need to be solid steel to be that heavy.

dg for a rattle pack I can get just about any color............ Sorry just re-read Jeff's post and see he mentioned two pack so probably just black
Camel and Branx not concrete, granite that never made it to the kitchen and that big scope makes it heavy too

Granite , that's nuts I suppose its inletted and bedded into a big wad of devcon or something similar? Could be a market for old railway sleepers as heavy gun stocks
