Are you aspiring to tactardism?

Haha maybe! Always wanted to try a tube gun type of thing. I have a feeling that an AR style pistol grip suits my hand much more than the hunting style. These are available for Tikka T3

Quick! Call Dr G and get the lad a vaccination before the infection takes hold and he goes fully tactard!

I might be able to source one from the US if you are keen. 100% on a rem700 one just not sure for a tikka.

Cheers

They stock a chassis for a .223 and .308 on their website. Did see a YouTube clip of them shooting it but that doesn't prove anything. It is supposed to be a straight bolt in with no alterations required so it if does not suit name I could go back to the original stock. I would have thought that it probably would be no worries re selling it.

PM for you AI.

We arent allowed to like it in case someone calls us Tactards!

But if you keep it just between us, I reckon it looks like it would be comfortable to shoot, and if it helps with accuracy who can argue

Your a tease Glenn :)

Like the Bi-pod mate sure looks good with it on there.

I'd like one for the big Weatherby but I would also like a Boyd's thumb-hole for it as well :D

Felt very comfortable for shooting to me and don't worry bout being called a tactard it just means that some out there are jealous!!

I thought it needed at least 3 rails along the barrel shroud and a black teeshirt to qualify as tactard?
It's all getting confusing......

There will be no more rails going on the stock!

I was waiting for the bipod before the Missedathon but it did not turn up.

It is awesome!

I have my 260 in this one, and another for my M700 223. Everyone that shoots it likes the feel and find it comfortable. I have the rails fitted only for NV gear.
They get very cold at night when spotlighting. No worry's about fitment, and should sell if ya don't like it. I don't give a shit about so called tactical gear. If you like it, and want it, buy it :D

Nice Aushunter! Have you shot them out of the ute window? How did it feel?

I have always been partial to the look of a chassis type rifle. Nothing to do with tactical la de da. I just like them better than a more typical hunting type stock. I am not a lover of a top grade walnut stock and stuff that needs round the clock care. But then again I am coming at it from a different angle to a lot of you. Rifles to me are a tool and the more easy care they are the better. I am not a hobby shooter and really I don't care if it looks ugly as long as it does the job and is good to shoot. I reckon when thing improve a bit, I will get one. If it doesn't suit, I will sell on.
