Looks nice mate, mine is made from a 5lt white plastic yoghurt bucket with the arse cut out and then cut in half up the side, pop riveted onto the old light I use.

Re: Spot light sheild
I have the 9 inch light, I might paint it black so it dose not refect a funny beam, not sure what it will do yet. The cardboard one I've used for the last twelve month worked well but didn't like wet weather funny enough and high winds got sick of taping a new one on all the time
Made a cardboard template
Cut out some .55 ally sheet. Ran it through the rollers. Then through the swaging rollers for the beed on the rim. Then through the Jenny roller to pull a rolled edge around the outside edge.
It's held on with a very large worm gear clamp.
If Missed want's one I can knock one up no stress.

Re: Spot light sheild
I could do, I've got the pattern
I just need to find where I can get the clamps from at a reasonable price. The one I used was left over from a pipe repair clamp.

No worries mate, no stress we will sort something out.
My mate has an the 11 inch light so I'll make a pattern.
Give me a week or so ( I'm working 7 days again this week) and I'll get you sorted.
I'll be in touch.

Seriously, let us know what the damage is mate and we can work something out
Spot light sheild
Is the housing on the powerbeams steel? Few rare earth magnets should lock it on pretty good and they cost bugger all

Re: Spot light sheild
Umm I've been told there are no stupid questions so ..... here goes.
What does the shield actually do?? Shield from projectiles or stop light coming down onto the vehicle and lighting it up for the ferals to see.
Now that I have written this the latter sounds good
I have a big powabeam, how much would a shield cost?

Re: Spot light sheild
In my experience mate it is more about the light shining back up off the vehicle into your eyes; makes it bloody hard to see.
