How do you go about skinning them for sale?
They don't look like you've slit them down the belly.

Cheers

Hi mate the skinning method used there is called tube or case skinning. Its a way to preserve the skin with as few cuts as neccesary. They pull it off like a jumper

Can I ask why you went 17 Fireball and not 17 MachIV or 20 Vartarg
Nothing against 20cal's. I just prefer 17's.
Why would anyone chamber in M4 now that they've standardised the 17FB?
The M4 was/is a wildcat with dang near any many different reamers out there as there are rifles chambered in it.
Being the simpleton that I am, I try to keep things simple.

As for the skinning,,,, it's just like taking off your socks. :)

Edit; kjd,,, I watched your video after I posted.
We do a few things different but the main thing is, we NEVER split the front legs or chest. Especially on a Cat. That white belly fur's where the money is. Instead, we tube em all the way down to the front feet (the elbow on Coyotes), lips, and nose.
I do wish a Coyote would peel like those Fox though. Dang Coyotes hang onto their skin for dear life. Matter of fact, a Deer's almost easier to skin than a Coyote LOL.
In other words, you don't just pull the skin off. Some guys even make skinning machines with electric wenches or use a come-along. Cats are easier but still not as easy as that Fox.

Some do, some don't.
I've never been docked for it so being the lazy SOB that I am, I leave it in.
Reguardless of the differences that ol boy skinning the Fox definatly knows his stuff.
Never seen anyone pull a tail like that. That's slicker than Owl poo.
Just another example of why I enjoy seeing how things are done in different parts of the world. Thanks for posting it.

Hmmmm that's how I do rabbits. Although I don't bother using a knife to start them off. As long as they are warm, you can do them in a few seconds. Never tried a fox though
