Hornady .224 55gr VMax twist rate

Hi guys. anyone know what the recommended twist rate is for the 55gr vmax? I recall hearing they don't stabilize in 1:14" barrels.

Probably depends, if its a swift or 22/250 it is prob possible or if its a 22 hornet prob not. What Cal

hmm, they seamed to shoot pretty well from my 1-14 22-250! Around half moa from memory.
