Re: Lil-Gun in K-Hornet
Tryed some Lil-Gun powder in my K-Hornet on Friday. My current load is 13.3grn AR2207, CCI BR4 benchrest primers, Win cases, Win 46grn HP the cases are fully prep group wise 1/4moa and no pressure sign's.
Well when I tryed Lil-Gun 12.8grn's the powder does pack more punch ( a bit more recoil ) compared to AR2207 and when looked at the primers they where all totally flat thus higher pressure's. Also groups blown out to about 2". This load is half way between min & max recommendations.
I will try some Fed benchrest primers and Remington benchrest primers with this current & reduced loads and see how it goes.
Rifle wise CZ ZKW465 Pro-Cal built, Tobler No7 barrel 24", thumbhole stock & pillar beded.
