Ron- do you think you could get an f class bipod to attach to it? Needs an anchutz type accessory rail. It might be a nice F/TR rifle but you would have to take the brake off.
Try the lapua cases with 45.6gr 2208, CCI large benchrest primers and the dyer HBC 155gr projectiles loaded 2-5 thou from the rifling- its a pretty common f class load that seems to shoot well from alot of 308's.

Hi Brad Y , They make a Sigle shot F class version with longer barrel. Im not sure if it has an Anschutz style rail of muzzle break, i can find out if your interested ? There are some 20" hunting models on the next shipment. Cheers Ron

Frankly I would have done more than crossfired had someone plonked down next to me at an indoor range with a muzzle brake fitted.
