I thought silencers were illegal in Australia! So how come both the MFR and El Caro`s AR have both got Bull Barrels fitted?! (both cracking looking Rifles BTW 8) )

The reason I ask this is; I`ve got Webley Raider 10 that I `Really` do want to ship to Aus when I emigrate and I was put off because I was told "Anything that even looked like a Silencer" would be stopped by customs!??????
I'm not in Land of Oz but in The Old Dart matey. Hehehehe. :)

Good question and I asked Lewis the same thing before I bought my MFR. The shroud on the MFR is cut (as standard from Theoben to allow export to Australia) at the end of the barrel and there is a collar so that the shroud has no function except to improve balance. Kind of strange and limits how you use your pcp's as they are LOUD!!! Hence why most people with pcp's have a good springer in case they want to do some quiet shooting.

In your situation you could have the shroud removed or have it cut back. I am not sure if anyone on this forum has a webley raider but you should ask around and see what mods theirs have that allows them to be over here. All the best with it mate.
