These patches are after 20 shots from my Maddco barrelled Sako chambered in 6x47L

Same as my Sako 223 with a Maddco. They are as good as any barrels made anywhere.

Chambered in 6x45, coming from a sub-$500 Stevens rifle, with no bedding.

Maybe ... but I haven't patched my barrel out ... I just keep shooting it and save on the patch costs.

Barrel envy. I once had a Maddco and I agree they are very very nice barrels.

Better than Kreiger? PacNor? Shilen? Border? ... they're all just tubed steel with spirally stuff.

I have a mate who has a Martini with a Maddco barrel chambered in .357 Mag. Thats .35 cal?

I have a Maddco on my 22br and have a 17cal Maddco on the way,I think there great barrels.
