Parallex Adjustment on scopes without AO
Dont know if this topic has come up before, but am wondering if there is some way of adjusting parallex error, at short range, out of scopes without an adjustable objective lens. Have an older Kahles 6 x 42 and Pecar 8 x 45. They have the parallex set for 90 mtrs and would like to either adjust it myself (if possible) or find someone in Aust that can do the job for me. Any ideas would be appreciated thankyou

Malcom Eames @ Optical Restorers in Brisbane may be able to do it for you.

You could try this at your own risk:

You'd want to be go gently and be careful not to screw the objective out too far and break the seal between the objective and bell.
